Hi, My name is LaShone and I am the CEO and founder of Life Coach LaShone, LLC. I’m a Certified Relationship & Life Coach. I help women and couples who wants to develop a new relationship, enhance their current relationship, or fix their broken relationship. 

My mission is helping women and couples achieve a healthier relationship through conflicts resolution strategies and effective communication skills.

I have been in a long-term relationship for 30 years. For a while, I had conflict and communication issues in my relationship… But today my partner and I learned effective h ways  to resolve our conflicts through effective communication. That’s why I’m passionate about helping people like you achieve the same. 

My passion for helping people started nearly 20 years ago in the counseling profession. I have always known that I absolutely love helping people. I enjoy helping women improve their relationships, careers, and day-to day life. 

Working with me you will be held accountable to reach your goals. I will help you clarify your goals, identify obstacles holding you back, and assist you with strategies for overcoming each obstacle. I truly believe through hard work, dedication, and perseverance you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
